You’ve probably noticed I haven’t really gotten into the blog-groove yet. It’s going to probably take me awhile, to be honest, to get into the habit of this. I compose a lot of blog entries in my head, but I never get around to actually sitting down and typing them out. Maybe I need to set myself some kind of schedule.
So here is my 2013 Reading Challenge report for the month of February. You may have noticed there is no picture at the top. Well that’s because for me this past month has been Fail February. I was unable to finish a single book. All. Month. Long.
The main reason I didn’t finish a book was because I couldn’t get into the book I started the month reading (the prequel to the Maze Runner series,) and like a stubborn idiot I refused to put it down and read something else instead. For some reason I had a really hard time connecting to the story and it made me not even really want to read. Eventually I did give up (for now) and moved on to another book but by then it was already the beginning of March. I guess I just had a bit of a reading slump, although it did put me back as far as making my goal.
What books did you read this month? Have you ever found yourself unable to get into a certain book?
